Acceptable Use Policy

What you may and may not do with the Advay Labs validation platform and related services. Violations may result in suspension or termination of access.

Permitted use

Research, education, engineering review, partner diligence, institutional capability planning, and the validation workflows described in the plan you have purchased.

Prohibited use

You must not:

  • attempt to reverse engineer, decompile or extract the underlying models or training data of the platform;
  • probe, scan or test the security of the platform without prior written consent;
  • circumvent quotas, rate limits or access controls;
  • share account credentials beyond the seats your plan covers;
  • submit material that infringes intellectual-property rights, contains malware, or violates export-control or sanctions law;
  • upload unlawful content or content that violates the Information Technology Act, 2000 or rules made under it;
  • use outputs in a way that misrepresents the evidence class (for example, presenting a “projected” or “simulated” result as “measured”); or
  • use the service in support of weapons-of-mass-destruction development, sanctions-evasion, or any activity prohibited by applicable law.

Reporting abuse and security disclosures

Report violations to abuse@advaylabs.com. Responsible security-research disclosures: security@advaylabs.com. We will not pursue good-faith researchers who follow coordinated disclosure and avoid privacy violations, service disruption and data destruction.

Enforcement

Advay may suspend or terminate access for material breach of this policy, with notice where reasonable. Repeated or severe violations may be reported to law enforcement and, where relevant, to the user’s institution. Complaints about enforcement may be raised with our Grievance Officer, TO BE INSERTED — Grievance Officer name, at grievance@advaylabs.com.
